Summer School

Hotelschool Ter Duinen organiseert van 1/09/24 tot 20/09/24 een Summer School. Gedurende 3 weken wordt u ondergedompeld in de basis van de keuken. De cursus start met eenvoudige versnijdingen en bereidingen. Op het einde maakt u gastronomische 4-gangen menu's. Het succes van deze cursus is de unieke aanpak in combinatie met de kennis van onze chefs. De prijs voor de opleiding bedraagt € 1.450,00. Overnachting in het schoolhotel, grondstoffen en maaltijden inbegrepen.
